When individuals are suspected of drunk driving, police often ask them to take a blood or urine tests. These tests help prosecutors confirm whether or not individuals are actually over the limit.
While individuals are not technically required to take these tests, it can sometimes be in their best interest to do so. If individuals do not take these tests, then their license may be suspended for a year.
