A Texas man is facing a charge of driving while intoxicated for the fourth time.
According tto a criminal complaint filed in Harris County District Court, 33 year-old Juan Cisneros, of Lake Houston, is charged with felony DWI. Officials with the Harris County Sheriff’s Department arrested Cisneros on March 5, after deputies observed him driving erratically in downtown Houston.
Harris County District Court records show Cisneros was previously convicted of DWI in June 1995 and December 2005. He was also convicted of robbery and aggravated DWI in April 1984.
Cisneros is currently being held in Harris County Jail in lieu of bond.
