A Lake Houston man was arrested for driving while intoxicated this past weekend.
According to a criminal complaint filed in Harris County Court, 56 year-old Moises Cruz Paz, of 11522 Scenic River Drive, was arrested Saturday March 12 and charged with felony count DWI. The criminal complaint did not specify where the alleged offense occurred.
Paz is currently being held at the Harris County Jail in lieu of bail. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 13.
If Paz is found guilty, it will be his third conviction for DWI. According to court documents, he was convicted of DWI in Harris County in August 1999 and December 2005.
